The first European marine bioinformatics summer school is open for
registration until 15 March. The title is *From Sampling to Analyzing
Microbial Diversity & Function *
It will be held at HCMR on Crete from 27 May -- 6 June 2014.
It focuses on training in standardized oceanographic & genomic sampling
and on biodiversity analysis with a view to the world-wide Ocean
Sampling Day (OSD) following closely on 21 June 2014. If you are
planning to participate in the OSD and in need of training you are
encouraged to apply.
